We are a brand-new FMCG company excited to bring our products to market. We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to launch our sales operations and grow our customer base.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.

Launch and promote new products.

Hire, train, and manage cash van staff.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

Track sales performance and report to management.

Work closely with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of work experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in FMCG sales management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
