Graphic Designer

- You will assist in liaising with agencies (media, creative, etc.) to support corporate & operational plans and ensure expert delivery in respect of the marketing budget. 

- You will coordinate design & marketing tasks for integrating marketing campaigns and promotions evolving around the brand. 

- You will support the marketing team in delivering design projects for packaging, marketing campaigns, and other design tools. 

- You will manage design production workflow and publishing tools with printing agencies to meet project deadlines.

- You will coordinate design projects for franchisees; adapt menus, campaigns, social media visuals, and other tactical 

projects with the agency.

- You will update existing packaging and create new designs as necessary.

- You will prepare and aid in organizing company events and outings.

- You will conduct monthly brand audits at branches to ensure all design materials and LSM tools are displayed 

correctly.

- You will visit printing houses during the printing of all material to ensure that colors match our guidelines.  

Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising.

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communication, or media discipline.

- Proven track record in developing and administering communication concepts (campaigns).

- Strong knowledge of print and media industries.

- Proficiency in English & French.

- Excellent e-communications skills, including familiarity with using Web technology for communications.

- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office products in a Mac environment.

- Experience in web content management is an asset.
