Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a positive environment.
- Utilize various teaching methods to promote students' educational, physical, and social development.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with special needs.
- Strong understanding of different teaching methods and strategies for special education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
