Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist & Insurance Coordinator to join our medical laboratory team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service, managing patient interactions, and handling insurance-related approvals. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.

• Previous experience in a medical office or laboratory setting preferred.

• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and terminology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
