Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter in a company located in Dbayeh. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will assist with administrative tasks and maintain candidate databases.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for minimum 2 full years
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Excellent command of English and French languages
- Very good interviewing skills
- Aware of the candidate experience
