The firm is now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Adlieh/ Achrafieh for a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for interacting directly with clients, handling customer support, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for data entry and data retrieval tasks, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

- Customer Support: ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone and in-person
- Customer Service: focused on providing excellent service to clients
- Customer Experience: ensure that clients leave with a positive experience, handling customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
