About the Job


We are seeking an Account Manager based in Beirut, Lebanon with a successful background in selling SaaS software, and other business services.


Your main duties will include:


  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and multicultural environment
  • Sell a range of products and services to Corporate and SME accounts in various territories within Middle East and Africa
  • Focus on net-new revenue generation and onboarding of new customers
  • Execute outbound sales through presentations and value propositions via phone, internet, and remote customer meetings
  • Meet monthly targets and KPIs such as lead conversion rates and opportunity generation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer profiles.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
  • Prospecting and business development through targeted campaigns, cold calling and emailing
  • Manage full sales cycle starting from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams (presales and delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop product knowledge and conduct presentations and demos as needed.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Achieve target objectives and meet the KPI’s

  • Eager to learn about the Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) field & technologies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients


Qualifications


  • University degree/college diploma, ideally a Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in Software and similar services
  • Proven track record of penetrating accounts and engaging with stakeholders up to C-level
  • Experience with CRM systems
