- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains store staff job results by training, coaching and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing Daily targets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons to understand service requirements.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for all banking functions related to the store including making bank deposits, filling change requirements, etc.
- Perform necessary record keeping and reporting of money, sales and production in an accurate and timely manner.
- Troubleshoots daily close out and shift sales analysis.
- Additional store manager duties as needed
