This role is pivotal in fostering meaningful connections between our organization and its community of mentees and mentors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development and professional mentorship, with a proven track record in engagement strategies and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engagement strategies to connect with mentees and mentors, ensuring their active involvement and retention within the organization.
Develop a calendar of engagement activities throughout the year.
Regularly communicate with mentees and mentors to assess needs, provide support, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate workshops, networking events, webinars, team tasks, and other activities to foster community among mentees and mentors.
Utilize social media and other platforms to promote engagement initiatives and highlight success stories within the community.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the impact of activities and identify areas for improvement.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in social work, PR, CRM, community engagement or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events and initiatives that promote engagement and retention.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Passion for supporting youth and professionals in their personal and professional development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
