Data Entry Coordinator

Maintaining data integrity and security.

Ensuring the proper sorting and organizing of databases.

Adhering to legal, regulatory standards and to company data guidelines.

Performing data requests in a timely manner.

Receiving of finish goods on the system.

Executing returns from clients on the system.

Collecting from the salesmen and drivers.

Executing cash receipts on the system.

Customers reconciliation.

Follow up on customer’s open balances.
Coordinating with the sales team.

Ensuring data is adequately backed up.

Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices

Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations

Data Coordinator Requirements:

BSc/TS in accounting or finance

Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
Attention to detail.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Dedicated, organized and focused.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal skills
