One of our valued clients is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to provide innovative solutions in the design and execution of commercial and utility-scale solar and energy projects. This role involves leading technical operations, optimizing project outcomes, and contributing to overall business profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, supervision, and management of solar and energy projects, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
- Develop and execute annual operational plans that align with business goals, driving successful project delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, offering technical guidance and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage inventory planning to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for current and future projects.
- Lead the development of conceptual engineering and energy simulations to enhance the performance of solar installations.
- Train and mentor the technical team, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful project execution.
- Plan and prioritize the Energy Department’s activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical role, with hands-on experience in solar and energy projects.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and the ability to interpret complex documentation.
- Expertise in the Solar and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) sectors.
