One of our valued clients is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to provide innovative solutions in the design and execution of commercial and utility-scale solar and energy projects. This role involves leading technical operations, optimizing project outcomes, and contributing to overall business profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, supervision, and management of solar and energy projects, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
• Develop and execute annual operational plans that align with business goals, driving successful project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, offering technical guidance and fostering strong relationships.
• Manage inventory planning to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for current and future projects.
• Lead the development of conceptual engineering and energy simulations to enhance the performance of solar installations.
• Train and mentor the technical team, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful project execution.
• Plan and prioritize the Energy Department’s activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical role, with hands-on experience in solar and energy projects.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and the ability to interpret complex documentation.
• Expertise in the Solar and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) sectors.
