Human Resources Officer

BAMlabs - Lebanon - Beirut

The HR Officer is a key role in any organization, responsible for a variety of tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. They wear many hats and act as a bridge between employees and management.

Responsibilities:

* Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Post job descriptions

• Source and screen candidates

• Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process

• Onboard new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the company

* Employee Relations:

• Manage employee records and data

• Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures

• Address employee concerns and grievances

• Conduct or participate in disciplinary actions

• Facilitate a positive and productive work environment in coordination with the operations

* Benefits Administration:

• Assist with enrollment in health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits

• Record all type of leaves (Annual Leaves, Sick leaves etc….)

• Maintain accurate records of employee benefits

* Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date on local employment laws

• Ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Conduct reviews of HR practices

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR 

• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (a plus)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Remuneration:

• Salary between USD 800 & USD 1,000 depending on experience

• Medical Insurance
