Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at FerLink in Beirut. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with executive administrative duties.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel
  • Sorting and filing documents
  • Scheduling appointments or business trips
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic
