Position: Sales Associate

Reports to: Commercial Director

ZUHAIR MURAD is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to represent our brand effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. This role requires maximizing sales performance through strong client relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs and lifestyles.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through support email and e-commerce WhatsApp
• Manage e-commerce order processing, including uploads, invoicing, and shipping coordination.
• Communicate with clients on orders shipments and handle return and exchange cases.
• Handle transfer requests and inquiries between e-commerce and our other boutiques.
• Maintain and update clientele data for e-commerce.
• Monitor transactions to ensure all requests are processed correctly and create sales orders for each online purchase.
• Monitor inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Provide feedback on sales report, product development, challenges and opportunities to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
