JOB DESCRIPTION: STRATEGY- Associate Manager/ Manager

LOCATION- Dubai

As a Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and overseeing key initiatives for key travel clients. Your expertise will be essential in shaping innovative strategies that align with the client's business objectives, ensuring impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate client briefs into actionable strategies that drive measurable success and uphold the agency's reputation for excellence.


Job Responsibilities.


Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning efforts for several global travel accounts. Utilize market research, consumer insights, and analysis to inform and guide campaign strategies.

Media Strategies: Assist in developing comprehensive media strategies that align closely with the client's objectives and brand positioning, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.

Data-Driven Insights: Harness data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. Continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI and drive long-term brand growth.

Foster Collaboration: Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the board. Contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record of success in strategic planning within the advertising or marketing industry, travel clients is a preference.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to distil complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas to internal teams and clients.


Experience :

4-6 years of experience in a media/creative agency set upTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in industry tools and platforms for market research, data analysis, and campaign measurement.
