Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Night Auditor at The Smallville Hotel in Beirut. The Night Auditor will be responsible for receptionist duties, handling reservations, communicating with guests, providing excellent customer service, and managing cash transactions.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties, Reservations, and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Cash Handling skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Knowledge of hotel operations and systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
