We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Training specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that our staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and Assess Training Needs: Conduct job analyses, evaluate career paths, and consult with managers to determine the training needs of the organization.
•Develop Training Programs: Create individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs in coordination with department heads.
•Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process in terms of training, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive and effective training.
•Training Plan Creation: Collaborate with department heads to develop a strategic training plan that aligns with organizational goals.
•Implementation: Execute the training plan, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.
•Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training initiatives meet business needs and improve overall performance.
•Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, materials, and participant progress, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Education, Business, etc.)
•Demonstrated experience as a training specialist within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. (Preferred)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in using training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
