We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a focus on Below-the-Line (BTL) in-store branding and signage. This role involves creating eye-catching, customer-focused visuals that enhance the in-store experience and effectively communicate promotions and brand messages. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a variety of in-store visual materials, including displays, signage, banners, shelf talkers, and other promotional items.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, providing a cohesive look and feel across all in-store materials.
- Collaborate closely with Operations Teams (Branch Managers & Merchandising teams).
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to last-minute requests as needed.
- Review and proof all design outputs for accuracy, quality, and consistency with brand standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, bringing fresh, dynamic ideas to each project and maintaining a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Animation is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with BTL.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for design.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
