Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee production management, including cutting and work distribution across the factory team.
• Prepare drawings and manage cutting operations on water jet machinery.
• Develop drawings and programs for CNC machines.
• Create shop drawings for various orders to be cut.
• Calculate breakdowns for project pricing.
• Collaborate with customers and architects to develop shop drawings for cutting.
• Assist customers visiting the factory.
• Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of machines, liaising with companies in Lebanon and Italy, as well as managing related insurance matters.
• Occasionally take measurements and prepare shop drawings on-site.
• Ensure quality control of marble products throughout the production process.
• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Coordinate logistics for the delivery of finished marble products.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely reordering.
• Supervise factory staff on proper handling and production techniques specific to marble processing.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.


Requirements :
• Proven experience in production coordination or a related field, specifically in a marble factory.
• Proficiency in preparing technical drawings and operating CNC/water jet machinery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with customers, architects, and the internal team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
