Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Marine Engineering).

Professional Experience & Certifications:

Having total 7-8 years of diversified experience in EPCCI based projects comprising over Oil & Gas/ petrochemical, processing plants & Refineries etc.• Possess valid (at least 1.5 to 02 years validity remaining) certifications including but not limited to the following:• Certified Welding inspector of CSWIP 3.1 as minimum• Certified Coating Inspector of BGAS Grade 01/02 or NACE Level I/II• Certified QMS Lead Auditor ISO 9001 2015 from IRCA-UK approved body.• Possess ASNT NDT Level II as minimum (RT UT PT MT). Job Description•

Quality Control Inspections and Testing:

Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and equipment used in the construction of the SPM Buoy to verify their compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.• Utilize appropriate measurement tools and techniques to assess dimensions, materials, and workmanship, ensuring adherence to design and engineering specifications.

Quality Control Audits and Documentation:• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems, construction procedures, and safety regulations relevant to the SPM Buoy construction project.• Review and analyze quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and audit findings, ensuring adherence to recordkeeping and documentation standards.• Corrective and Preventive Actions:• Investigate and analyze quality issues, non-conformities, and safety concerns related to the construction of the SPM Buoy, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.• Monitor and track the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurring quality issues during the SPM Buoy construction.• Quality Assurance Processes:• Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures tailored to the SPM Buoy construction project, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance the overall quality and safety of the SPM Buoy construction.• Compliance and Safety Regulations:• Stay updated with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines applicable to offshore structures and buoy construction projects, including those specific to the SPM Buoy.• Assist in regulatory inspections or audits related to the construction of the SPM Buoy when required, providing necessary documentation and support.• Data Analysis and Reporting:• Communicate quality-related information to stakeholders, project management, and relevant departments to drive decision-making, continuous improvement efforts, and ensure the successful completion of the SPM Buoy construction
