The group’s technology team is looking for an experienced Software QA Specialist to take part in the rollout of the group’s core applications, websites, and mobile applications. You will join an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the group’s vision and strategy.
As a Software QA Specialist, you will play a key role in the creation and execution of test plans and test case scenarios to ensure the group’s wide variety of digital products are market-ready in terms of functionality, reliability, stability, performance, and compatibility with other systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out test plans aligned with product requirements, review colleagues’ test plans to ensure proper requirements traceability matrix and coverage analysis
- Define and develop test automation, and provide technical assistance to junior colleagues on automation development
- Develop and carry out performance testing, and advise on areas of improvements on API or front end
- Design test cases for complex requirements to make sure all underlying modules like roles and functions are properly tested
- Collaborate with product and development team to analyze and document project requirements
- Analyze, document, report, and track bugs and errors found during tests
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience and work with to improve programs
- Monitor debugging process results
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of software quality assurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree – MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge in technical environments such SQL, HTML, Angular, .Net, and in managing test plans using Azure DevOps
- Solid track record in automated test development
- Strong understanding of distributed application models, system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, French and/ or Arabic a big plus)
- Experience in healthcare and Insurance/ Insurtech a big plus
