Roles & Responsibilities
- Update on SLA Compliance issues and new services to be offered to existing clients. Provide operational KPIs reports and process improvement initiatives.
- Work on process improvement - Ensure financial data is accurate, timely and in accordance with company policies.
- Develop reporting systems to identify and capture key revenue and expense streams.
- Prepare RFQ, RFP and any other documentation required to procure all operating equipment and consumables.
- Participate in/advice to Tender Committees on all submissions for procurement.
- Develop and ensure compliance to a regulated HSE & Quality system relevant to Cold Supply Chain solutions.
- Confirmation of contractual and legal obligations.
- Renewal of contracts and development of appropriate terms and conditions.
- Provide presales support to Sales Dept.
Education & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree Professional Experience.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar role in the Logistics/ Warehousing & Distribution.
- Experience in managing large number of personnel.
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Operations is preferred
- Geographic Experience: - Middle East/GCC experience is preferred -
- International experience is preferred
- Computer Skills: - Advanced knowledge of Office and web applications - Experience in using modern WMS systems
- Language Skills: - Fluent in English - both written and spoken - Other languages are preferred Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: - Knowledge of 3PL & 4PL, Oil & Gas, Warehousing at principal companies.
- Broad knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systems.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health practices
