We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Offline Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of impactful offline marketing strategies.


Job Description:


As an Offline Marketing Specialist at Basma, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline campaigns to enhance brand visibility, strengthen clinic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires creativity, strong project management skills, and an in-depth understanding of offline marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy Execution:

• Implement and manage offline marketing campaigns, including outdoor advertising, events, and clinic activations.

• Develop and distribute branded materials for partner clinics (brochures, posters, banners, and displays).

• Drive the execution of Smile Days and other customer-centric events to promote Basma’s aligners.


2. Event Coordination:

• Plan and oversee community engagement initiatives such as health fairs, corporate wellness programs, and dental expos.

• Represent Basma at offline events, showcasing our offerings to clinics, customers, and industry professionals.


3. Partnership Development:

• Collaborate with partner clinics to create co-branded campaigns and provide support for their in-office promotions.

• Build and maintain relationships with retail outlets, pharmacies, and fitness centers for promotional opportunities.

• Develop collaborations with local influencers, dentists, and community leaders to boost offline visibility.


4. Advertising Campaigns:

• Manage outdoor advertising initiatives, including billboards, transit ads, and point-of-sale marketing displays.

• Coordinate with designers and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.


5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize offline marketing efforts.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 6+ years of proven experience in offline marketing, event management, or partnership development.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to work effectively with partners and stakeholders.

• Creative mindset with the ability to deliver innovative offline campaigns.

• Experience in the GCC market is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
