Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager at Crepaway in Zalka. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, managing the call center team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards on a day-to-day basis.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in this position
  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Contact Center Management and Team .

  • Experience in managing a call center or customer service team
  • Ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
