Third-Party Compliance Inspector

Job Overview:
The Third-Party Services Compliance Inspector is responsible for ensuring on-site compliance and quality assurance of third-party service providers at the store level. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, this role focuses on conducting inspections, resolving operational issues, and maintaining alignment with contractual obligations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Monitoring and Store Inspections:
• Conduct regular store visits to assess third-party service providers’ performance in cleaning and security operations.
• Verify attendance and deployment records of third-party employees against contractual schedules.
• Inspect the condition of third-party-provided equipment and consumables to ensure quality standards are met.

Issue Identification and Reporting:
• Identify and document operational gaps, non-compliance cases, and recurring service issues.
• Investigate root causes for service failures and provide detailed reports to the Third-Party Services Coordinator.
• Track and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

Policy and Process Alignment:
• Ensure all third-party activities at the store level comply with organizational policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Provide feedback to the Coordinator for enhancing service contracts, workflows, and operational policies.

Oversight of Additional Requests and Emergency Response:
• Verify the execution of extra service requests, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Respond to urgent operational issues, such as staffing shortages or equipment failures, and escalate unresolved matters to the Coordinator.

Auditing and Training:
• Conduct thorough audits of third-party services to evaluate compliance, efficiency, and employee training.
• Assess the readiness of third-party staff to meet company requirements and recommend training improvements when needed.
• Submit detailed inspection reports to the Coordinator, including actionable recommendations for improvement
