We’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to lead our digital sales and elevate the online customer experience. In this role, you'll manage multiple e-commerce platforms, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. From overseeing product catalogues to managing platform transitions and implementing innovative digital tools, you'll play a key role in shaping our online presence and achieving business goals.



Responsibilities:

I - Platform Management & Development
1- Oversee the migration of the current e-commerce platform from Magento to Shopify, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth transition.
2- Collaborate with developers to create a custom-made platform to manage client deliveries, including the development of a driver’s tracking app to replace WebAdmin.
3- Lead the development and launch of a dedicated e-commerce platform for gardening supplies, ensuring a user-friendly interface and seamless shopping experience.
4- Coordinate the development of a custom-made app to replace the "Mission" app, catering to Landscape Maintenance clients, enabling service requests, tracking maintenance services, and generating detailed reports.

II - Catalogue & Content Management
1- Manage and update the product catalogue on Exotica website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure product content, images, and descriptions are optimized for user experience.
3- Conduct regular sanity checks on the catalogue, resolving discrepancies and liaising with the Procurement and warehouse team on stock issues.

III - Pricing & Campaign Management
1- Maintain accurate and timely updates of online product pricing and plans.
2- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan, build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns.
3- Perform competitive research on pricing and best practices, making recommendations to enhance the company’s competitive edge.

IV - Technical Support & Troubleshooting
1- Build, test, and deploy new plug-ins and functionalities to enhance platform capabilities.
2- Manage and resolve issues on the e-shop by raising tickets and following up with 3rd party support teams until resolution.

V - Customer Experience Optimization
1- Coordinate with the Marketing team to optimize the customer journey and improve digital conversions.
2- Monitor onsite SEO content (titles, meta tags, descriptions, etc.) to drive organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings.
3- Suggest improvements based on data analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

VI - Data Analysis & Reporting
1- Analyse data on Google Analytics to monitor site performance and suggest actionable insights.
2- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer behaviour, and campaign results.

Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2- Background in project management for digital tools or apps.
3- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.).
4- Familiarity with web development processes and plug-in integration.
5- Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
6- Experience in managing product catalogues and coordinating with marketing teams.
7-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
