Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a consistent sales strategy across all market segments and third-party online systems, ensuring effective use of availability and rate controls.
• Monitor local, regional, and global market trends, strategies, and competitive data to inform decision-making.
• Continuously review pricing and availability strategies at the submarket, market, and regional levels, guiding front-office sales teams to implement optimal approaches to achieve KPIs.
• Investigate and analyze revenue-related issues promptly, maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting initiatives to support business objectives.
• Optimize revenue through strategic pricing, demand management, and distribution planning.
• Manage pricing policies and monitor market demand to maximize profitability.
• Oversee e-distribution channels and technology stack to ensure seamless operations.
• Generate comprehensive reports and perform detailed data analysis to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in revenue management, sales strategy, or a similar role within the hospitality or travel industry.
•Knowledge of regional and global market trends is a plus.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
•Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and distribution channels
