Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring a Floor Manager for a wine-forward dining concept in Lebanon who will play a central role in shaping the guest experience and daily operations of the venue. The ideal candidate is a natural host with strong hospitality instincts, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere, building relationships with guests, and leading the floor team while ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service during operations
• Lead, support, and motivate the waitstaff
• Ensure smooth communication between floor and kitchen
• Monitor service quality and maintain presentation standards
• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, and manage reservations and table allocation
• Build lasting relationships with regular customers, create a warm, lively, and memorable atmosphere
• Ensure attentive and personalized service at all times
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with composure
• Guide guests through wine selection and food pairings
• Promote featured wines, tastings, and events
• Support ongoing wine education within the team

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Wine knowledge is a strong advantage

Fluent Arabic and English French is a plus
