حول الدور
نحن نبحث عن مهندس Full-Stack لبناء تطبيق الويب لدينا من البداية حتى النهاية وتحويل MVP إلى واقع. ستتولى المنتج وجهة المستخدم والخلفية التي تدعمه، وتعمل بشكل وثيق مع مهندس الذكاء الاصطناعي لدمج تفاعلات ذكاء اصطناعي فورية ومتكاملة في تجربة سلسة وموثوقة.
ما ستفعله
- بناء ونشر تطبيق الويب عبر الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية، من مكوّنات واجهة المستخدم إلى واجهات برمجة التطبيقات ونماذج البيانات
- تصميم وتنفيذ واجهة محادثة سريعة الاستجابة وتفاعلية في الوقت الفعلي (React، WebSockets/SSE)
- تطوير خدمات الخلفية: المصادقة، إدارة الجلسات، تخزين البيانات، والتكاملات مع طرف ثالث
- دمج الخدمات الذكية والوكالات المتعددة في المنتج بالشراكة مع مهندس الذكاء الاصطناعي
- تصميم وصيانة قواعد البيانات وعقود واجهات برمجة التطبيقات التي تقاس مع تعقيد المنتج
- التحكم في الأداء، الاعتمادية، والأمان عبر كامل الستاك
- ترجمة متطلبات المنتج والتصميم إلى ميزات جيدة الاختبار وقابلة للصيانة
- التحرك بسرعة في بيئة مبكرة التطور، مع توازن بين السرعة والجودة
المؤهلات
- خبرة 4+ سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات الكامل-المكدس
- إتقان قوي لـ TypeScript/JavaScript وإطار واجهة أمامية حديث (يفضل React)
- خبرة قوية في الخلفية (Node.js، Python، أو ما شابه) في بناء واستهلاك واجهات برمجة التطبيقات
- خبرة في تصميم نماذج البيانات العلائقية و/أو NoSQL (PostgreSQL، MongoDB، إلخ)
- الطبيعة مع أنماط الاتصال في الوقت الفعلي (WebSockets، SSE) وواجهات المستخدم البثية
- فهم المصادقة والترخيص ومعالجة البيانات الآمنة
- خبرة في دمج واجهات برمجة التطبيقات الطرف الثالث، ويفضل ضمن خدمات LLM أو AI
- الراحة في امتلاك الميزات من البداية إلى النهاية مع إشراف أقل
معلومات إضافية
- خبرة في البناء باستخدام APIات LLM أو ميزات المنتج المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي
- الإلمام بمنصات السحابة (AWS/GCP/Azure) وخطوط CI/CD
- معرفة بالتخزين المؤقت، والانتظار، ومعالجة المهام الخلفية
- خبرة سابقة في شركة ناشئة في مراحل مبكرة أو منتج 0 إلى 1

About the Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build our web application end-to-end and bring the MVP to life. You'll own the user-facing product and the backend that supports it, working closely with the AI Engineer to weave intelligent, real-time AI interactions into a smooth, reliable experience.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship the web application across frontend and backend, from UI components to APIs and data models
- Design and implement a responsive, real-time conversational interface (React, WebSockets/SSE)
- Develop backend services: authentication, session management, data persistence, and third-party integrations
- Integrate AI and multi-agent services into the product in partnership with the AI Engineer
- Design and maintain databases and API contracts that scale with product complexity
- Own performance, reliability, and security across the stack
- Translate product and design requirements into well-tested, maintainable features
- Move fast in an early-stage environment, balancing speed with quality
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and a modern frontend framework (React preferred)
- Solid backend experience (Node.js, Python, or similar) building and consuming APIs
- Experience designing relational and/or NoSQL data models (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with real-time communication patterns (WebSockets, SSE) and streaming UIs
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally including LLM or AI services
- Comfort owning features end-to-end with minimal oversight
Additional Information
- Experience building with LLM APIs or AI-powered product features
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of caching, queuing, and background job processing
- Prior early-stage startup or 0-to-1 product experience
