The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or another closely related technical discipline.

3 5 years of proven hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.

Solid practical experience in electrical maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, switches, and other industrial electrical components.

Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision.

Experience performing preventive maintenance programs, inspections, equipment calibration, and machine servicing to maximize operational efficiency and minimize production downtime.

Familiarity with industrial safety procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.

Capable of working efficiently under pressure and responding promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns in a production environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with production and operations teams.
