Position Overview: DC Developments, a developments and real estate company in Batroun is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, technical documentation, and project management, with demonstrated experience overseeing projects from concept through construction and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Technical Development

• Develop architectural concepts, design solutions, presentations, and design documentation in response to client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare and review comprehensive and innovative architectural drawings, including site plans, 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documents.
• Investigate technical design issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that best meet client and project requirements.
• Review architectural documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

Project Management

• Lead on the assigned projects from concept development to construction documentation, and project implementation.
• Manage architectural work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as a key architectural point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Responsible for creating representational drawings and renderings for client presentations, archiving and publication purposes.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, deliverables, budgets, and technical standards.
• Prepare site visit reports, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation as required.
• Ensure that project deliverables remain aligned with client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proven experience overseeing architectural projects from concept through construction and close-out.
• Exceptional proficiency in Revit, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating complex architectural models, 3D modelling softwares, and documentation.
• Strong ability to produce and coordinate complete architectural documentation from schematic design through construction documents.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with medium to large-scale commercial, institutional, residential, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, building materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• Experience working within schedule, budget, quality, and client-driven constraints.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
