We are seeking a creative, technically skilled and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Architect who can transform ideas and strategic briefs into compelling spatial concepts, realistic visualizations and production-ready designs. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, including branded spaces, offices, retail environments, events and exhibitions, supporting each project from initial concept development through execution and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept and Spatial Design:
   • Develop creative interior concepts and spatial design directions for branded spaces, offices, retail environments, events and exhibitions.
   • Translate briefs into effective space plans, mood boards, material selections and detailed 3D visualizations.
   • Create design solutions that respond to the project s objectives, budget, site conditions and production requirements.
   • Adapt concepts based on client feedback while maintaining the integrity of the overall design direction.
2. 3D Visualization:

1. Produce high-quality, realistic renders that clearly communicate each proposed design.
2. Apply materials, finishes, lighting and spatial details accurately within visualizations.
3. Refine visual presentations to support internal reviews and client presentations.
4. Stay current with visualization techniques, interior design trends and emerging AI-assisted tools.
5. Technical Design and Production:

1. Prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts and production-ready design packages.
2. Review dimensions, materials, finishes and construction details with suppliers and production partners.
3. Ensure designs are visually compelling, technically feasible and suitable for production.
4. Revise drawings and technical files according to site conditions and execution requirements.
5. Collaboration and Project Management:

1. Collaborate closely with the creative, events and production teams throughout every project stage.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and production partners to support accurate project execution.
3. Follow projects from initial concept development through production, execution and installation.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in interior and spatial design, preferably within an agency, events or production environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, space planning and high-quality 3D visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray is considered an advantage.
• A solid understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, detailing and production methods.
• The ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and production-ready files.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently under pressure.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
