Job Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources and manage project team members effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed requirements.
• Business Analysis & Requirements Management:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand clients business processes, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into clear and actionable software requirements.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business requirements into clear tasks and specifications for development, design, and QA teams.
  • Validate proposed solutions against business needs and project objectives.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and assess the impact of change requests on scope, timeline, and resources.
• Team Coordination:
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Assign tasks, clarify requirements, and ensure team members have the information needed to complete their work.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and blockers and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify issues that may impact project scope, timeline, budget, or quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand client needs and provide professional guidance on business and technical requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly understood.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and validation of project outputs.
  • Review deliverables against approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement throughout the development process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within a software engineering environment.
• Proven experience managing successful mobile app and website development projects.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of programming languages, software architectures, databases, and development frameworks is a plus.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
