We re Hiring | Senior QC Officer

Liban Lait S.A.L. is looking for a Senior QC Officer to join our Quality team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify quality standards across raw materials, production, and finished products.
• Conduct and review laboratory and quality control testing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and applicable food safety requirements.
• Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints and support corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with established specifications and procedures.
• Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control within the food or dairy industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety principles.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English.
