MEDCALL SAL, a medical dispatching company, is recruiting one dispatching assistant. Introduction: MEDCALL, our dedicated 24/7, trilingual operational team, possesses the expertise necessary to organize and monitor a range of medical services tailored to the needs of travelers worldwide across different time zones. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive suite of healthcare solutions, ensuring that patients receive top-notch support in various medical scenarios during their holidays. Job Description: - Receiving and directing calls and emails to provide operational and medical assistance for the implementation of medical missions. - Transmitting logistical data and messages to medical and paramedical personnel. - Contact service providers (medical or non-medical) to verify their availability, services, and available networks. - Record information and data, and issue invoices. Education Level: - Minimum Bac +2 (two years of post-secondary education): Ideally with training in management, administration, or hospitality. - Medical training not required. Languages: - First language: French - Second language: English - Third language: Arabic (optional). - Other languages appreciated. Job Location: Office: Beirut (Hadath), Lebanon. Hours and Salary: - Approximately 40 hours per week. - Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5 days/week, including mandatory attendance of 2 weekends per month and one night per week). - Starting monthly salary of $1,100 once the candidate has been trained in all aspects of the position and the above-mentioned attendance is fully guaranteed. - Any experience in management, hospitality, and assistance is appreciated and will be considered. - Possibility of working 36 hours per week (90%), spread over 4 days per week.
