Business Technology Solutions (BTS) SARL is an IT solutions provider specializing in IT equipment supply, installation, configuration, technical support, maintenance, software licensing, printers, and photocopiers. We serve corporate clients, NGOs, and international organizations, including UN agencies.

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and motivated IT Technician to join our team and support our daily technical operations and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

On-site installation: Deliver, install, configure, and test laptops, desktop computers, printers, photocopiers, monitors, networking equipment, and other IT devices at client premises.

Equipment delivery: Handle frequent deliveries of IT equipment to clients, ensuring products are transported safely and delivered on time.

Technical support: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, and basic network issues at client locations.

Setup and configuration: Install Windows, drivers, applications, peripherals, and perform initial device configuration.

Equipment preparation: Prepare, inspect, configure, and test equipment before delivery and installation.

Client handover: Ensure equipment is working properly, obtain delivery acknowledgements when required, and maintain a professional attitude with clients.

Field operations: Travel regularly to client offices, project sites, and other locations to complete installations, deliveries, and maintenance visits.

Inventory handling: Assist with receiving, organizing, loading, unloading, and tracking IT equipment and accessories.

Reporting: Report completed installations, technical issues, equipment discrepancies, and pending tasks to the operations team.

Team collaboration: Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of deliveries and projects.

Requirements

Diploma or technical education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Practical experience in IT technical support, hardware installation, or field service.

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and common IT peripherals.

Basic knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.

Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems independently.

Willingness to perform frequent on-site visits, equipment deliveries, installations, and physical handling of IT equipment.

Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients.

Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location preference: Candidates residing in or very close to Beirut, Zalka, Antelias, or surrounding areas are strongly preferred to facilitate daily operations.

A valid driving license is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is comfortable working in the field, not someone looking for an office-based IT support position. The successful candidate should be ready to travel to client sites, carry and deliver equipment, install devices, solve technical problems, and ensure every assignment is completed properly.

Previous experience working with IT suppliers, system integrators, corporate clients, NGOs, or large organizations is an advantage.

Compensation

Monthly salary: USD 800
