Duties and Responsibilities Assisting the compounding supervisor in: 1. Efficient and timely execution of batching process which includes Raw Material Weighing, processing, and utilization of compounding equipment 2. Implementing Standard Operation procedures 3. Producing batches in accordance with appropriate formula procedures 4. Ensuring all quality checks are in place and operational 5. Ensure cleaning operations on daily bases to maintain department at high standards 6. Managing and training operators to grow their skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Skills - - BS in Chemistry or equivalent - Good communication & organizational skills - Ability to manage a team of operators - Minimum 2 years of experience
