Summary



Delivers consistent P&O experience (for all employees in the country) across the employee lifecycle - Ensures operational excellence in the delivery of all P&O solutions consistently across the employee lifecycle ​ - Coaches and guides managers on effective employee and team development journeys - Implementation of global solutions and initiatives in country

About the Role



Major accountabilities:



One P&O: Contribute to & deliver country P&O plans | Build partnerships across different areas of P&O for effective collaboration and execution.

Employee lifecycle events: Partner, coach and manage execution of employee lifecycle events processes (Join, Work, Growth, Move & Leave) | ​



Advise stakeholders on P&O policies and guidelines | Plan & deliver country onboarding per agreed cadence & method
Leader development: Build capability of managers for key People Processes (e.g. PM, TE, ER, TM, Rewards, etc .) | Drive adoption of enterprise learning technology (e.g. MatchLearn ). ​ ​

Organization and team development: Enable managers to use Team Effectiveness tools (advising on


Teamboosters ) | Conducting NLA for new managers. ​

May do flexibly:


Drive and facilitate Team Effectiveness ​
interventions for priority teams (reactive)

Talent management: Drive adoption of enterprise talent management and ​



development tools ​ (e.g. TalentMatch , MyPotential , Talent to Value, WD). ​

May do flexibly:


Drive and facilitate Talking Talent Discussions for priority teams (reactive)

Performance management: Drive local adoption of EVOLVE (goals, objective-setting, check-in, reviews, PIP) including employee and manager capability- building tools ​ (e.g. Development toolkit, FF2FF, Coach to Grow)



Culture and DE&I: Drive and integrate DE&I and wellbeing in the flow of work | Advise managers and employees on local DE&I policies | Build capability for people managers to drive employee engagement locally. ​ ​

Organization change and transformation: Contribute to planning and implement organization changes and business transformations | ​



Operationalizing global priorities in-country in alignment with the P&O Board

Employee value proposition: Deliver global "employer of choice" initiatives (e.g. Wellbeing, EPIC etc). ​



May do flexibly:


Manage external certifications e.g. Great Place to Work, Top Employer in alignment with country strategy

Employee relations and adherence to local legal requirements: Manage employee relations topics (conflict resolution/grievance process) | Ensure compliance with local equity/EEO regulations and Union/Works Council requirements | Secure employment law advice as needed; legal representation of the company in external ER cases (as appropriate) | Investigate Complaints, Speak Up Local Matters and Conflicts of Interest cases and follow-up on remediation/sanctions.



Rewards:* Execute country rewards processes | Advise managers on planning process | Initiate & implement off-cycle adjustments | Support benefits scheme re-evaluation and implementation | Implement global initiatives, e.g. EPIC, incl. validation and remediation | Contribute to the recognition program (promote/monitor SPARK) | Support IA/NTL, relocation, mobility processes. ​

Talent acquisition: ​ Execute on non-competitive hiring.



May do flexibly:


Manage university relations in alignment with country talent strategy. ​
P&O reporting and analytics: ​ Generate and deliver standard P&O reports (aligned with Country PO Head), operational efficiency insights and consolidate special reports |​
Promote/educate managers on the use of use standard reports.

Key performance indicators:



Feedback from internal partners and client groups P&O processes delivered on time with the right level of quality

Minimum Requirements:



Work Experience:
New Product Innovation. Collaborating across boundaries. 5-8 years HR experience; Pharma industry experience is a plus Knowledge and experience on Workday
