Are you an organized and efficient professional with strong administrative skills? We are seeking a Secretary cum Admin to join our team in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping.
Assist in organizing meetings and events.
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
