Sales Part
We are looking for a Technical Machine Sales Representative with suitable experience to join our sales team for the sale of capital equipment . In this role, you will be required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations.
To ensure success as a Technical Sales Representative, you should have strong knowledge of technical products, a passion for sales, and the availability to travel regularly, both locally and abroad if required.
Ultimately, a top-class Technical Sales Representative drives business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product choices.
A. Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities
1. Sourcing potential new customers
2. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers
3. Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range
4. Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products
5. Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products
6. Compiling quotations, tender documents and customer proposals
7. Maintaining strong customer relations
8. Maintaining strong relationships with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)’ representatives (Companies in Europe and elsewhere)
9. Attending product training courses and seminars, exhibitions nationwide and internationally
B. Technical Sales Representative Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of technical products / Industrial Machinery / Mechanical Engineering
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Professional and friendly appearance
4. Strong communication skills
5. Knowledge of computer systems and Office Software
6. Team Player, but also strongly self-motivated and able to work independently
7. Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers at all levels of seniority
8. Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
9. Own transport and B-class driver license
10. A proficient command of the English language, both verbal and written
