Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Dekwaneh area - Beirut.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for all HR functions in the company, including but not limited to:
- Handling a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Working closely with employees and managers to address HR-related issues
Acting as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in organizations operating in Lebanon
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle HR-related matters
- Familiarity with Lebanon's labor laws and HR best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
