Responsibilities:
Develop and implement accounting processes and internal control guidelines.
Recommend changes in policies or procedures to improve financial and operational performance.
Lead the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Manage accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost, and Inventory.
Provide accurate financial reports to management.
Assist in budget preparation.
Support the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Lead year-end closing processes with internal and external parties.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG Distribution is a must.
Strong analytical skills.
Leadership abilities.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure
