A leading Architecture and Engineering Consultancy firm is looking for a BIM Manager to join its team in Beirut.

The ideal candidate will oversee the organization's wide implementation of BIM and related technology. He/She will lead the process of generating digital models and integrated data about a project in the design stage.

Responsibilities:

OPERATIONAL
• Supervise the collaboration processes, spatial coordination, and documentation standards, CAD-related project standards compliance, and preparation of all project's BIM manuals (pre and post-BIM process kick-off).
• Ensure accurate works from sketches, notes, and other input material to produce computer-generated completed drawings.
• Manage the setup and development of all BIM 3D Models, the digital production of detailed design drawings, and their components for design and construction using BIM platforms.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Ensure that architects and engineers are provided with clear and concise instructions to avoid confusion, re-work, and errors; follow up with staff to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Plan and deliver trainings (e.g. seminars and technical workshops etc.) to develop the team’s technical skills.
• Ensure that continuous feedback and guidance are provided to keep performance on track.
• Assist Human Resources in conducting recruitment activities for the Architecture and Engineering section; interview applicants as and when required.
• Coach and mentor resources to take on higher responsibilities within the firm.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Full proficiency in using Revit and BIM modeling software.
• Knowledge of Construction Industries/Buildings including Health and Safety related International Standards and Codes, plus those applicable and adopted by the government of the operating country.
• Knowledge of national/local ministerial regulations, standards, and performance criteria
