Role Overview: A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve Sales Targets: Drive growth by successfully managing the sales team and hitting sales targets.
•Strategic Planning: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
•Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
•Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
•Market Awareness: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
•Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
•Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
•Skills:
Strong business sense, industry expertise, excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
•Communication:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
