Ability to interview, recruit, train and monitor large sales team members
Well organized with exceptional reporting, analysis and follow up skills
Ability to work under pressure and stay connected at all times with all stakeholders
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
Bi-lingual ( Arabic & English)
Direct Sales Experience is a great plus
