Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in GPS tracking system administration and will be able to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our software systems remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain GPS tracking software and systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the security and reliability of data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues.
- Implement software updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to users and clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve system functionality.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GPS tracking system administration.
- Proficiency in managing GPS tracking software and related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
