Qualifications
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mechanical design.
• Advanced experience in Revit and autocad is a must.
• Proficiency in English and French is required.

Job Description

Participate in the HVAC & Plumbing design of the systems during concept and development phases. The design of Detailed Mechanical engineering documents as basically listed below:

1. HVAC & Plumbing Equipment conceptual sizing calculations.
2. Equipment conceptual layout
3. Plant rooms optimization and sizing.
4. Overall SLDs such as but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinklers, drainage etc.
5. Mechanical systems basic studies
6. HVAC Schematic diagram
7. Plumbing schematic diagram
8. Reverse osmosis schematic diagram
9. Sewage treatment plant schematic diagram
10. Firefighting diagram
11. HVAC ducting
12. HVAC piping
13. Drainage
