A retail company is looking for a male Area Manager to to cover it's branches in Kaslik, Tripoli and Akkar.
Job Description:
 Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
 Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
 Lead a team of section managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
 Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
 Monitors new joiners’ performance, follow up their training & reporting a detailed written training progress to the HR department within the assigned area.
 Reports to HR department low performance employee who needs replacement or who violates the company’s policies & should sign a warning.
 Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
 Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
 Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
 Report to senior executives on progress and issues

Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience

 Excellent English Written and Spoken Communication Skills
 Microsoft Office literacy.
 Must be Punctual/reliable & Responsible and a passion for excellence
 Abe to handle pressure and priorities at any time
 BA in business administration, retail management or similar field
 Lives in North Lebanon
 Age between 25 and 40
