Job Description for Outdoor Sales:

We are recruiting Outdoor Sales Person for our company in Beirut area to serve the existing clients, establish new clients, obtain orders and achieve the target with the following responsibilities:
• To actively promote our company services offerings in the local market.
• To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration.
• To visit our customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customer’s requirements.
• To generate new business revenue.
• To control all aspects of liaison and interface with the Customers.
• To handle all customer queries.
• Ability to solve problems and find a practical solution to issues.
• Ability to negotiate.
• To follow up with customers after receiving the goods to ensure that everything is fine.
• To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing.
• To monitor your customer’s payment with the Accounting department.
• Submitting a weekly, monthly and yearly report to the Manager on your sales.
• Perform a sales target that set by the Manager.
• Daily visits to established clients
• Searches the market and identify new customers
• Achieve and exceed sales target
• Follow up all inquiries of clients
• Ensure collecting due payments
• Communicate with the manager market information.
• Strong consultative sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Search the market for new clients through direct sales techniques.
• Follow up with existing clients.
• Achieve sales and collection targets.
• Study the market, client’s needs and new trends.
• Prepare reports (daily/weekly and others) as requested by the manager.
• Deliver orders if needed or requested.





Requirements:
• Experience in outdoors sales.
• Knowledge in using Google Maps.
• Presentable with a friendly and nice personality.
• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in F&B
• Car is a must
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Able to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work inside and outside company.
• Prepared to work overtime if required and not afraid of increased workload.
• Be able to work under pressure and in stressful environments.
• Organized and be able to prioritize.
• Very good in English (writing, reading and speaking).


Salary: Basic salary + Sales commissions + Fuel Allowances
